Our story began at Purdue University in early 2021, during the second semester of college. We met through mutual friends on a night out, and somewhere between laughter and introductions, Mattie mentioned she was struggling in her math class. Nathan, ever confident in his math skills, offered to help — but it took him a full two weeks to build up the courage to actually show up at her dorm with his calculator and a smile.

What started as a simple study session quickly turned into something more. From that night on, we spent nearly every day together — studying, laughing, and making memories that would eventually lead us here, ready to say forever.
